"I just wanted to take a minute out to let you know how impressed I am with your products. Three weeks ago I lost the cap to one of your markers. As I begin week four without the cap, I am delighted to tell you the marker is still going strong. Not only does the marker still work, but it still writes with an initial wet look. This tells me I still have time left to use this marker. Ordinarily when you lose a marker cap it will begin fading until it dries out, which doesn’t take long.
